Yes — all our consultations are online by secure video call, so you can access support from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
Dermatologists diagnose and medically treat skin conditions, typically with medications and topical treatments. We offer complementary, whole-person support focused on possible contributing factors — gut health, hormones, nutrition, stress and lifestyle. Many clients see both.
It varies a lot from person to person, depending on the condition and how long it has been present. We talk about realistic expectations during your initial consultation.
Not always. Where tests may be useful, we explain why and discuss the options, including asking your GP.
Absolutely. We work alongside your existing medical care — not as a replacement for it — and we never ask you to stop prescribed treatment.
