Introduction

Natural Skin Clinic ("we", "us") respects your privacy. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, for clients in New Zealand, the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

What we collect

  • Newsletter and guides: your email address, first name (optional), the main skin concern you choose to share (optional), the page you signed up from, and a record of your consent.
  • Bookings: your name, email, phone number and appointment details.
  • Clients: health information you provide for your consultations. This is sensitive information and we only collect it with your consent and when it is needed to provide care.
  • Website use: privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that do not identify you.

How we use it

  • To send the guide and emails you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To arrange and provide consultations and programs.
  • To improve our website and content.

We never sell your information. We do not use your health information for marketing.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the business, some of which may store data outside Australia:

  • Email: Kit (ConvertKit), United States
  • Bookings: TidyCal, United States
  • Payments: Stripe
  • Website and sign-up records: Amazon Web Services, Sydney region

Clinical records are kept separately in secure practice-management software, not in our email or booking tools.
