  • Crunchy sev: These fried chickpea flour noodles add a delightful crispiness to each bite.- I took another indian namkeen as I was out of bhel.

  • Tangy chutneys: Tamarind and mint chutneys lend a tantalizing sweetness and tanginess to the Bhel. or you can take sweet chilli sauce like me if you ran out of these chutneys 😉
  • Chaat masala: This quintessential Indian spice blend elevates the flavors with its unique combination of tangy, spicy, and savory notes- again this is optional
  • Fresh herbs: Finely chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves bring a refreshing burst of aroma and flavor.
